The conservation of forest and natural resources requires a significant amount of financial resources. Therefore, there is a need to find innovative ways of funding. This is where waqf, as one of the forms of Islamic philanthropy, serves as an innovative way to crowdfund for conservation efforts in Indonesia. The main objective of this project is by 2024, MOSAIC will build a waqf forest pilot project through a sustainable forest waqf program management.
